- Visual Identity: Our specific brand colors and the fonts Myriad Pro and RF Rufo are integral to our brand identity and are protected property.
- Branded Assets: All logos and videos are created by the author and are fully branded; unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
- Proprietary Frameworks The Restaurant Marketing Planner, Know Yourself Survey, and our specific “Books and Frameworks” are proprietary tools developed by the author. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.
