Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

All content provided through our services is the exclusive property of Echelon Leadership Consulting™ LLC and the author. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Brand Assets: Our specific brand colors and the fonts Myriad Pro and RF Rufo.
  • Proprietary Tools: The Restaurant Marketing Planner, the Know Yourself Survey, and all associated books and frameworks.
  • Media: All logos and videos created and branded by the author.
  • Usage Limit: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal or internal business growth. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly display these materials without express written consent.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in all contact forms (Role, Restaurant Name, Challenges).
  • Maintain the confidentiality of group coaching sessions (Echelon Coaching) to protect the privacy of other participants.
  • Acknowledge that “Deep Transformation” requires active participation and implementation.
