I am a daughter of a loving Savior, a wife, and a mother of three boys. Born and raised in Romania, I moved to the United States with one suitcase and one hundred dollars, determined to pursue the American Dream and make a meaningful impact through my presence and gifts.
I am the Founder and Business Consultant and Coach at Echelon Leadership Consulting™ LLC where I get to partner with leaders who are committed to grow themselves, their teams, their organization and create alignment within their organizations.
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Genetic Engineering in Agriculture, which shaped my analytical thinking, curiosity for learning, and structured approach to solving complex problems.
For more than fifteen years, I have developed leaders in the restaurant industry alongside my husband, a Chick-fil-A multi-unit franchisee. I led sales growth and brand development from the ground up, creating repeatable systems that tripled sales, increased profit and supported expansion to a second location. Since founding my practice in 2019, I have coached more than 350 leaders across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Many of my clients are now successful business owners some leading multi-unit restaurants.
I am the creator of the Getting Ready for What’s NEXT™ Restaurant Marketing Planner, a practical tool that equips marketing leaders and franchisees to grow sales, strengthen brand presence, and execute strategy with clarity and consistency, aligned with the brand they chose to serve.
Beyond business, I serve as Project Leader with LifeShape, teaching business at the university level in Europe, preparing future entrepreneurs, and collaborating with university staff to equip the next generation of leaders. I am passionate about serving and preparing immigrants in the United States to succeed in their new country, just like me. I have participated in multiple mission initiatives across Europe and South America. As a recipient and speaker for the Shoebox Ministry, I share my story to inspire faith, generosity, and hope.
My mission is to glorify God by influencing others through my presence and gifts. If you are self-driven, curious, and committed to growing yourself, your people, and your organization, I invite you to reach out. I would be honored to partner with you as you are Getting Ready for what’s NEXT™: Grow Sales and Brand, Lead, Pursue Higher Level Careers.
Camelia Siminescu
Strengthens brand identity, loyalty, and internal alignment — which directly supports coaching outcomes.
Camelia Siminescu was born in Eastern Europe, in what was then communist Romania, and immigrated to the U.S. as a child. She welcomed the transition from a country with a totalitarian government to the freedom found in the U.S., and adapted well to the warmth and beauty of Southern California. Camelia enjoyed seeing iconic and historical places in her new country. Traveling and reading became her favorite pastimes, and writing became a major interest.
She served with World Vision International, a Christian organization, in California and Senegal, Africa where she was the Government Relations Coordinator for a Large Scale Development project. For the Federal government Camelia worked as a Program Analyst for the Executive Office of the President in Washington, DC. After returning to Los Angeles, Camelia worked as a Senior Research Analyst with KPMG, a major accounting firm. In Atlanta, Camelia conducted on-site business research training for accounting companies.
Camelia is the author of three books:
– Discover Romania, an educational coloring book with English and Romanian text for kids.
– Cetatean a Doua Tari si al Cerului, the biography of Petru Popovici, a well known Romanian pastor and writer.
– George Washington: A Timeless Hero, a juvenile biography of our nation’s indispensable founding father.
In conjunction with the Washington book, Camelia delivered presentations on the life and legacy of George Washington at local schools, historical societies, churches, and other organizations. Camelia loved history since childhood, thus it wasn’t a surprise she graduated with a BA in History, and an MA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
At Echelon Leadership Consulting, Camelia gets to strengthen brand identity, loyalty, and internal alignment-directly supporting coaching outcomes by creating clarity of the founder’s story and brand narrative, and helping clients articulate why they exist, not just want they do.
Miguel Avilez
Equips restaurant leaders to grow sales, build aligned high-performing teams, — supporting both English and Spanish speakers.
Born into a Hispanic immigrant family, I learned early what courage, sacrifice, and resilience truly look like. My parents left their hometown in Mexico and moved to Arizona in pursuit of greater opportunities for our family. Watching them work tirelessly — my father as a carpet installer and my mother taking shifts at a local taco shop — shaped my deep respect for hard work, faith, and servant leadership.
In 2018, I began my leadership journey with Chick-fil-A at Superstition Springs Mall in Arizona, where I developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and leadership. Over time, I gained experience in both privately owned and operated and core restaurants, deepening my understanding of Chick-fil-A systems, processes, and team development. During a Grand Opening assignment, I met my Operator, Joe Rhodes, whose leadership inspired and challenged me to grow beyond what I thought was possible. That growth required stepping outside of my comfort zone. I relocated from Arizona to Deerfield, Illinois to serve alongside him in the Chicago North market — a significantly different and more complex business environment.
In Deerfield, Joe both challenged and supported me to lead at a higher level. There, I developed high-performing teams, implemented systems and processes supported by intentional leadership development and consistency, strengthened my business acumen, and learned the critical balance between achieving results and building meaningful relationships. I was entrusted with ownership to drive performance, grow sales, and develop leaders who consistently deliver excellence.
Along the way, I invested deeply in my personal and professional growth. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a minor in Business. In Chicago, I also had the privilege of working with a leadership and business coach who sharpened my ability to think strategically, lead intentionally, and serve beyond the business world — including supporting immigrant communities through Global Neighbors in the City of Chicago.
Today, I am excited to serve with Echelon Leadership Consulting, equipping leaders to grow sales, strengthen brand alignment, and elevate their leadership capacity. My passion is helping leaders operate at a higher level — with clarity, confidence, and character.
As a bilingual leader in English and Spanish, I am especially committed to supporting leaders whose first language is Spanish, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and fully equipped to succeed.
My mission is rooted in gratitude for my parents’ sacrifice: to help others rise, build strong teams, and create lasting impact in their businesses and communities.
