Getting to know us

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Genetic Engineering in Agriculture, which shaped my critical thinking, curiosity for learning, and passion for problem-solving.

For over fifteen years, I have had the privilege of serving and supporting leaders in the restaurant industry alongside my husband, a multi-unit restaurant franchisee. When we opened our first restaurant, in a new market for our brand, I took on the challenge of owning and growing the sales and brand awareness. I taught myself marketing, built strong relationships within our community, and developed repeatable marketing systems that could be easily coached and executed by leaders and team members new to marketing. Over eight years, we tripled our sales and successfully opened a second location in a market with its own unique challenges and opportunities.

In 2019, I founded my coaching and consulting business, supporting leaders and CEOS across the United States, Canada, and Europe. I have coached over 350 individuals in self-awareness, self-leadership, team-leadership, and organizational-leadership, including aspiring franchisees and multi-unit operators.

The “Getting Ready for What’s NEXT™ Restaurant Marketing Planner” is a practical, easy-to-use tool designed for emerging and senior marketing leaders, as well as for current or future franchisees. It provides a framework for you and your team to create and communicate your story of how you grow the restaurant’s sales and brand in your community. It can be used on its own or paired with coaching and consulting. It serves as a training, planning, and accountability system to help you and your team develop and execute effective restaurant marketing strategies that deliver results.
